International Days of Macroeconomics and Finance

2 and 3 May – Marrakech, Marocco

The INREDD research lab of the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech, the Research Department of Bank Al-Maghrib, and the Bernoulli Center for Economics of the University of Basel invite submissions for the 4th edition of the International Days of Macroeconomics and Finance. The event will take place the 2nd and 3rd May 2019 at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences of the Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. The objective of these days is to foster a productive exchange between researchers and decision-makers and to formulate recommendations to address critical economic policy issues.

Contributions are welcome from all areas of macroeconomics and finance. Both theoretical and empirical papers will be considered. This year’s edition will give priority to papers related to the theme “Inclusive Growth: a new development paradigm”. The choice of this theme is motivated by the current debates on growth and the fight against inequalities and poverty at the international level, and the need to rethink development models, particularly the Moroccan model.

Compliance and Healthare – Congrès européen

Compliance and Healthare – Congrès européen

16 and 17 May 2019 – Hôtel InterContinental Paris Le Grand

The tendency to implement stricter regulations for companies in the health industry is only increasing in a general, global way. This congress is for healthcare actors to whom those new regulations apply whether they are European, enacted per state or even internal.

This congress aims at giving you an overview of the current legislation on anti-corruption and transparency per country.

What can your company do and under which conditions? How to implement the new rules per country? How do you update internally your new procedures?

How does the new regulation such as the GDPR or the MDR affect your day to day operations ? How can you navigate the several legal frameworks imposed on you per country ?

The purpose of this training is to help the companies concerned to understand the upcoming and recent regulatory changes at an international level.
